Best Ramen restaurant in Rutherford

Yup. I’m obsessed. Tried the official tenmomi location after begin a ghost kitchen in different locations for a few years. Parking can be a little difficult in this area of Rutherford depending on what’s going on near by or the building, just plan accordingly. Has some tables now for dining in too! I’ve tried ... everything from the OG spicy miso ramen, the black garlic and regular tonkotsu, ramen diablo, tokyo chicken shoyu (my fav), the miso lemon pepper wings. The chicken skewers. Amazing. I cannot recommended anyyy of those items enough. Solid 8-10 out of 10. The broths are great. The noodles even betterrr. Price is great. Food was delicious and fresh. Nice flavors. The noodles were a little on the hard side but the longer they soaked in the broth the softer they got. Also I think the broth could have been a little hotter temperature wise.. I like my soup piping hot like burn your tongue hot so that it stays hot the entire time youre ... eating it, but i know that's definitely a preference thing. Recently visited Tenmomi for the 2nd time at their new location. Extremely happy they have seating so I can enjoy my ramen hot!! I also recommend their lumpia, nori fries, and miso lemon pepper wings. Hot dog was super good too. Might have to order it along side with my ramen all the time now.

This is without a doubt my favorite Ramen spot. The flavor of the broth is perfect, the pork is cooked just right which are among all of the other fresh ingredients. Everything tastes just right and balanced. I've also tried the Karage and hands down the best I've ever tried. Perfect flavor and cooked to just the ... right crispiness. You can tell that there's a lot of thought and love behind every bowl and dish. It really is very satisfying. The "Salty" Chef is a great dude and will come out and chat with you for a bit if he's got time. His brother handling the front is also a great guy. Now this is mainly a to go spot. The seating is extremely limited to what I believe was 2 small tables and a couple of seats so I wouldn't always count on there being seats.
